Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7/30/2026
1. Introduction
At Smrt AI ("we", "our", or "the platform"), we take data privacy and security very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect data from both our users (B2B clients) and the prospects discovered through our artificial intelligence and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tools.
2. Information We Collect
a) User-Provided Information
When you register for Smrt AI, we collect your name, corporate email, company name, and billing details.
b) Data Collected via OSINT and Autonomous Scraping
Our AI agents process public information available on the web (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, forums, corporate websites) to identify purchasing intent (leads). The extracted data is strictly professional (B2B) in nature and is processed only if it is publicly or commercially available under relevant legal bases.
3. Use of Information and Artificial Intelligence
We use proprietary and third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to enrich and qualify prospects.
- Automated Prospecting: We identify buying intent by analyzing public data (social networks, forums, etc).
- Ecosystem Improvement: We analyze aggregated metadata from our clients' campaigns to refine recommendation algorithms, without exposing private data from individual accounts.
Important: Smrt AI does not train its foundational models using your clients' private data or your proprietary database connected to the ecosystem. Your enterprise data is isolated.
4. Data Retention and Security
We implement industry-standard security protocols, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). OSINT-prospected data is retained only for the time necessary for lead qualification and is deleted or anonymized according to our regular cleanup cycles.
5. Data Subject Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
If you are a user of Smrt AI or if your professional data has been indexed by our agents and you wish to exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (including opting out of our "Data Pool"), you may do so by sending an email to [email protected].
6. Changes to this Policy
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legislation. We will notify our clients of substantial changes via the application dashboard or by email.
