Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Smrt AI ecosystem (including the developer portal, MCP client, and API services), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Smrt AI is a B2B platform designed for automated prospecting, qualification, and business intelligence. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Legal Compliance: Use the extracted or provided data solely in compliance with local and international privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Fair Use: Not attempt to bypass security measures, API rate-limiting, or abusively consume platform credits.
  • Spam Prohibition: Not use our platform to send unsolicited commercial communications to individuals who do not possess a legitimate business interest (B2B).

3. Artificial Intelligence and Data Quality

Our "Autonomous Scraping" and "Social Insights" services rely on Large Language Models (LLMs) and OSINT techniques. While we strive to maintain a high level of accuracy, AI-generated results can be unpredictable. Smrt AI provides these tools "as is" and does not guarantee absolute accuracy or continuous availability of information extracted from third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The source code, agents, algorithms, design, and system architecture (including the MCP Client and Gateway) are the exclusive property of Smrt AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the integration software according to your active billing plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smrt AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Legal Contact

Any inquiries regarding these terms should be directed to our legal team via [email protected].
